This renovated two story lobby and core gained a sense of sophisticated comfort
with a redesigned mezzanine balcony, custom area carpet and furnishings. We
developed a new signage program and reworked the exercise and locker rooms to
include a new barrier free restroom.

Designed for a sophisticated
client, the cherry paneled lobby with glass and bronze stair leading to the second
floor feels like a exclusive club. The executive office suite with custom desk,
bookshelf and credenza was detailed to match.
Restrooms with alabaster
sconces and Corian counters set this facility apart from the norm. In addition
to the usual office and warehousing, the facility also includes a nursery for
employee's children, and a lunchroom designed to restaurant standards.

The
lobby and reception area make use of an extensive amount of dark stained cherry
edged with stainless steel. Designed to the straight lines of the exterior, we
incorporated the reception desk into the wall panels for a seamless feel.
The fabric panels are easily changed. All finishes were selected and detailed
for optimum maintenance performance. New ideas for maintenance friendly restrooms
were implemented.

The Capital One Call Center
is a 102,000 s.f. office building and the second project in Capital Ones
50 acre Seattle area campus. All common areas were designed to give a Northwest
feel. Basalt columns from an eastern Washington quarry were placed in and around
the two story atrium lobby. This created a truly distinctive design for the
open office landscape.
A highly efficient floor plan allows for
up to 800 associate work spaces, while still providing a full kitchen and lunchroom
area.
The custom reception station showcases a fused glass ledge by a local artist
and has sub-surface security screens mounted in a Corian counter.
Located
in Quadrant's Snoqualmie Ridge development, the Regional Council of Churches
occupies 18,000 s.f. for office and conference use.
The large conference
room was designed as flexible meeting space that would accommodate regional
conferences for the church senate yet serve other intermittent conferencing
rolls. This room incorporates advanced technology for audio/visual presentations
and teleconferencing.
The quiet private
office environment commands a spectacular view of the Cascade mountain range.
The lunchroom design
takes an at-ease approach with bistro seating and a sofa-centered conversation
area. The ledgestone fireplace and open ceiling grid promote a modern lodge
aesthetic.

One Production Center Lobby
Federal Way, WA
This building has 144,000
s.f. on two floors. Brick and concrete exterior materials used in the trellised
colonnade entry feature set the tone for the building and the adjacent call
center.
The lobby combines slate and stained concrete floors, maple paneling with curved
ceiling planes and colored accent lighting. Other features include an on-site
resource center and a full kitchen with cafeteria dining. The building has redundant
electrical and mechanical systems and a unique Inergen fire suppression system.
