Headquarters Redmond, WA
This facility combined
all of Zetron's local operations under one roof with considerable expansion
room. The setting remained largely in its sloped natural condition. The bottom
floor houses their light assembly operation and parking while the upper floors
are office oriented.
The owners led a concerted effort to design in
flexibility for uses and systems and ease of maintenance.

Business Center Lynnwood, WA
Fisher
Business Center Lynnwood is a two building, 200,000 s.f. speculative office
project with post tensioned concrete structure and a granite and glass skin. The
project is regarded as a pinnacle of suburban office projects in the Seattle metropolitan
area.
The design incorporates numerous exterior decks, a water feature
and plaza and substantial site landscaping. This is truly an office project that
has withstood the test of time.

I-5 Corporate Park Building A Everett, WA
Designed
as a flex-tech office/manufacturing project, Quadrant I-5 Corporate Park provides
freeway identity with ultimate tenant flexibility.
With an extensive
use of high performance glazing and textured concrete exterior skin, the 72,000
s.f. project maximizes visual impact from Interstate-5 while minimizing maintenance
and energy consumption. The project allows for multiple on grade building entries
or service areas as required for a variety of tenant types.

Plaza Seattle, WA
Fisher Plaza is the most flexible high technology communications/broadcast facility
in the Northwest. Designed as a global communications facility the 330,000 s.f.
project incorporates the regions first use of full building under-floor
HVAC and electrical distribution via an 18 raised floor.
The exterior skin is a combination of prefabricated rain screen aluminum panels
with a polished granite base. The project includes a rooftop heliport and emergency
generators to support the entire facility .Numerous sustainable design materials
were chosen to minimize environmental impact.
The six story office buildings and 30,000 s.f. plaza sit above a 3 level, 700
car parking garage.

Information Systems Redmond, WA
This is custom designed for
the very sophisticated mailing label
business. Using good materials judiciously, the exterior and lobby belies the
fact that much of the facility is warehousing.
In addition to the usual office, warehousing, and expansion requirements, the
facility includes a nursery for the employee's children, a high-end lunch area,
and adjacent private park. If needs change, the park can convert to parking.

office Onvia
Seattle, WA
Located
south of Lake Union, the Onvia.com Building is a full block
development with 95,000 s.f. of office and many employee amenities. The four-story
ells around a large naturally landscaped plaza and integrates with a separate
conference center building at the street corner. The restful plaza includes
a pond and seating for relaxing or strolling opportunities. The service area
and parking are underground on two levels.

office Capitol
One Call Center Federal Way, WA
This 102,000 s.f., two-story call center building was designed for Capital One.
The exterior compliments the existing sister facility using brick accents and
precast features. A highly efficient interior floor plan allows for up to 800
associate work spaces. Common areas were designed to give a Northwest feel.
Basalt columns quarried in eastern Washington were placed in and around the
two story atrium, lobby and outdoor patio.
