a minimum.

Plaza
Bellevue, WA
Developed to mitigate environmental concerns, the three 50,000 s.f. two story
office buildings float elegantly above 15 acres of wetlands allowing ground
water to flow beneath. This was achieved by raising a 100,000 s.f. landscaped
plaza over a 150,000 s.f. parking garage.
Variegated granite slabs accent each identical entry and are carried into the
lobbies. Emerald green high performance reflective glass is used to blend and
reflect the natural surroundings. Lincoln
Plaza is a stunning panorama of buildings and landscape enhanced by time.

Seattle, WA
This three story office building constructed over two levels of parking offers
56,000 square feet of Class A high tech space and spectacular Lake Union Views.
Roof decks are on multiple levels.
The brick exterior features custom sconces that wash a pair of brick murals
created by local artists. A view corridor with ornamental entrance gate is provided
to an observation deck created for public use.

The Allstate Regional Operations Center consists of two 100,000 s.f. 3-story
brick clad Call Center buildings in the 175
acre North Creek Business Park development.
The criteria for the project design was to allow ultimate flexibility for constantly
changing Allstate requirements, as well as, providing for an exit strategy for
flexible office space. The entire project incorporates 6" raised concrete
access flooring for office electrical and data wiring.

Campus III Buildings
Federal Way, WA
This pair of three story, 72,000 s.f. office buildings are located in
Quadrant's East Campus Corporate Park development. Prominent features are wiring
and data cabling for audio visual equipment, redundant underground utilities
and the infrastructure for data link with offsite buildings.

Buildings Bothell, WA
Originally a Jack Martin office/flex space suburban development. Over the years,
the 91,000 s.f. buildings have housed office and laboratory space. The two 2
story buildings surround a large campus-style pedestrian plaza that is highlighted
by a landscaped colonnade.
A sculptural water feature is set in the reflecting pool.
The second story features numerous large decks and the facades are rusticated
with cornice and sill elements, deep set reveals, and tall windows.

Federal Way, WA
This four story, 150,000 s.f. exposed cast in place concrete building houses
the headquarters for the charitable world organization. The facility consolidates
donation call center and gift giving distribution operations from 11 buildings
in California.
Built adjacent to Lake Killarney in Federal Way, the site is embraced by its
wooded surroundings.
