This call center was a fast-track project from design
to opening, and the team met the budget and time commitment. In addition to
the functional requirements and distinctive design, we had to work with the
contractors to provide skin systems that could meet the schedule in winter construction.

planning The Catapult
Building
Bothell, WA
Originally
designed for Catapult, an IBM training group, the 63,200 s.f. office building
was recently adapted for use by Eden Bio Sciences into laboratory and office space.
The flexibility of the building structure and design allowed for an easy conversion
to an unanticipated use.
Additional HVAC, fire protection, and electrical
for the bio-technology tenant was easily incorporated into the 2 story shell.

Bauer Bothell, WA
A 65,000 s.f.
2-story, class 'A' call center developed for Eddie Bauer. This open concept
office space incorporates a 2-story atrium with an open stair, a cafeteria, indirect
lighting, clear finish maple, and earth tones tailored to meet Eddie Bauer's northwest
style.

Bothell, WA
Monte
Villa Center is an 21.8 acre Office/Technology Park located adjacent to I-405
in Bothell, Washington. The project is situated in The Technology Corridor linking
Bellevue, Seattle, Everett and Lynnwood.
Site planning incorporated North
Creek which runs through the property and associated buffers and wetlands to create
a natural setting for a variety of Office and High Technology building types.
Projects have been designed for AT&T, Humongous Entertainment, Catapult, Index
Sensors and Controls, EddieBauer, Wilsey and Ham and others.

Executive Center, Buildings 1-3, A and B
Bellevue, WA
Built
over three phases as the market allowed, this freeway oriented site placed the
offices to the frontage and the low flex-space in the background all around a
central pool of parking. Maintaining flexibility for future phases in the entitlement
permit process was one of the challenges, and ultimately this became one of the
first of the Binding Site Plan approvals in Bellevue.
Success with this
project led to additional projects with Lincoln Property Company. Subsequent owners
have hired us to update the lobby finishes in the facility..
