and development project. Building design is geared towards a technology clientele.
The site plan is formal and symmetrical in layout with the buildings facing
either the street frontage, stream canal or central landscape feature.

This project includes seven two story, two
story over parking and three story buildings ranging in size from 40,000 s.f.
to 79,000 s.f.. The sloping, treeless site was planned with minimum disruption
and finished with a large amount of landscape planting.

Building A Everett, WA
The first building of a phased four building
development, the 72,000 s.f. Building A utilizes high performance glazing and
two tone textured concrete to maximize visual impact from Interstate-5 while minimizing
maintenance and energy consumption.

North Creek Master Plan Bothell, WA
The Koll Company was interested
in providing many amenities and improvements at North Creek that would reduce
risk, cost and start up time for prospective tenants and property owners. Of the140
acres, the project dedicated 35 acres to greenbelt and public space areas. We
included proposed retail, banking and restaurants sites, a clubhouse location
and were the architects for the Precor building.
