square feet of underground parking. Construction elements include cast-in-place,
post-tensioned concrete and exterior cladding of Italian limestone with wrought
iron decorative elements.

Foods Market
Redmond, WA
Redmond is now home to the third and largest Puget Sound-area Whole Foods Market,
which anchors this retail plaza by the Seattle-based developer, TRF Pacific.
Built by J.R. Abbott Construction, the three buildings occupying the site feature
several masonry block colors and textures, glazed block accents, multiple heavy
timber canopies and trellises.
The site reflects the building architecture with trellised plazas, connecting
walkways, and generous landscaping. 56,000 square feet is occupied by the organic
grocer and an additional 24,500 s.f. is provided for other tenants including
Peet's Coffee and Tea, Chipotle Mexican Grill and Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches.

Mukiteo , WA
The new Mukilteo Branch YMCA adhered to Harbor Pointe design
guidelines by including numerous trellises and sloped roof forms. The full gymnasium
is combined with a 6-lap, 25 meter swimming pool, therapeutic pool, sauna, cardiovascular
equipment room, locker and shower areas, racquetball courts, meeting and multipurpose
rooms all designed for ease of maintenance. This is one of numerous facilities
we have been involved with for the YMCA.

Square Seattle, WA
The Roosevelt community acquired a new 138,000 s.f. central shopping destination
with the redevelopment of this city block. Previous renovations had taken a former
department store and added square footage, but over the years it had begun to
look tired.
Whole Foods was constructed simultaneously as an anchor
tenant which further enhanced the vitality and community focus of the project.

Team Northwest Bothell, WA
As the prominent building at the entrance to Canyon Park Highlands, the
24’ clear, two-story, 56,700 s.f. flex tech building features dual southwest-facing
curved curtain wall entries, large curved entrance canopies above that double
as mechanical screens, detailed cornices and deep reveals.
The two story
street facade is suited for office space while the rear of the development
is designed for both dock high and drive up trucking.

The Tully's formula to pick
a prominent location is evident in this redevelopment of a former gas station
site in the popular University Village neighborhood. The two-toned block
building with accented window frames and canopy was designed on a modest budget
and leased immediately.
