As the latest dealership to receive the Barrier name, Audi is 14,000 square feet of modern sales and service. It features an unusual under-building service facility and houses offices for Barrier Motors, Inc.

YMCA
Mukilteo , WA   

The new Mukilteo Branch YMCA adhered to Harbor Pointe design guidelines by including numerous trellises and sloped roof forms. The full gymnasium is combined with a 6-lap, 25 meter swimming pool, therapeutic pool, sauna, cardiovascular equipment room, locker and shower areas, racquetball courts, meeting and multipurpose rooms all designed for ease of maintenance.
This is one of numerous facilities we have been involved with for the YMCA.

DeVry Institute
Federal Way, WA    

The two story building features high-tech voice and data communications systems, student lounge, cafeteria, library and store. Their parking requirements yielded a three level, 206,000 s.f. freestanding garage which is both above and below grade. Home also to the Keller Graduate School of Management, it was officially dedicated September 2001.
